To maintain product integrity, cleanliness, and customer trust, all items sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect shipment, missing items, or obvious damage upon receipt verified by Sun Moon Abode.
Before placing an order, please carefully review the product information, size, pictures, description, and related instructions. If you have any questions about the item, size, intended use, offering methods, or purpose, it is recommended to contact Sun Moon Abode via WhatsApp or Email for inquiries.
Situations Not Eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
The following situations are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Due to personal preference, feeling unsuitable, change of mind, or no longer wanting the item after placing the order.
- Due to slight differences in perceived size, wearing effect, color shade, or minor discrepancies between the actual item and screen display.
- Natural textures, internal cracks, cotton-like inclusions, mineral deficiencies, color bands, cloudy appearance, black spots, or natural inclusions inherent in natural crystals.
- Slight variations due to handmade production, natural materials, or individual batches.
- Items that have been worn, unsealed, used, offered, exposed to incense, or placed in personal spaces.
- Items that have been consecrated, blessed, processed according to customer's wishes, or subject to individual follow-up.
- Customer providing incorrect information, including recipient name, phone number, address, or other order details.
- Variations in delivery time due to logistics delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather, or third-party logistics arrangements.
- Ritual service orders that have been confirmed, preparation has begun, or the service has been performed.
Incorrect Shipment, Missing Items, or Obvious Damage Upon Receipt
If you receive an incorrect item, a missing item, or an item that is obviously damaged upon receipt, please contact Sun Moon Abode via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of receipt.
When contacting us, please provide the following information:
- Order number or purchase details.
- Recipient name and contact phone number.
- Photos of the item.
- Photos of the outer packaging.
- Photos of the shipping label.
- Brief description of the issue.
Sun Moon Abode will verify the situation based on the actual circumstances. If it is confirmed to be an incorrect shipment, missing item, or obvious damage upon receipt, Sun Moon Abode will arrange for reshipment, replacement with the same item, or other appropriate after-sales handling on a case-by-case basis.
If the relevant information cannot be provided within 48 hours of receipt, or if the item has been worn, used, offered, transferred to another person, altered, packaging lost, or its condition cannot be verified, Sun Moon Abode may not be able to process the related application.

Each natural crystal and natural material has different textures, colors, mineral inclusions, and natural formation marks. Internal cracks, cotton-like inclusions, mineral deficiencies, color bands, cloudy appearance, black spots, or natural textures are common characteristics of natural crystals and do not necessarily represent defects or damage.
Product images will strive to display the actual condition of the item, but due to lighting, screen display, angles, and differences in natural materials, the actual color and details may vary slightly from the pictures. Such natural variations are not grounds for return or exchange.

Tibetan amulets, ritual implements, and spiritual items involve wearing, offering, collecting, consecration, blessings, and personal belief purposes. To maintain the cleanliness, integrity, and respect for religious culture of these items, once sold, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of incorrect shipment, missing items, or obvious damage upon receipt verified by Sun Moon Abode.

Orders for Esoteric Ritual Services
Esoteric rituals, consecration, blessings, prayers, transference of merit, and mystic revelations are service-based items belonging to the realm of religious culture, traditional beliefs, and personal faith, not general physical goods.
All ritual service orders require prior inquiry and appointment via WhatsApp. Once a service has commenced, it cannot be canceled due to personal reasons, transferred, or changed to another service.
If you need to reschedule, please contact Sun Moon Abode via WhatsApp as soon as possible. The actual possibility of rescheduling and the arrangement method will be determined based on the nature of the ritual, the master's schedule, procedures already prepared, and the specific case.
Arrangements for Returning Items
If Sun Moon Abode confirms that an item needs to be returned for verification or replacement, please send it back according to the method and deadline provided by Sun Moon Abode. Items returned without prior confirmation from Sun Moon Abode may not be processed, and Sun Moon Abode may not bear the related logistics costs.
Returned items must be complete, including original packaging, accessories, certificates, gifts, and related items. If the item has been worn, used, damaged, offered, altered, or is missing accessories, Sun Moon Abode may not be able to accept the return or process a replacement.
