Ritual Appointment Arrangements
All rituals require prior inquiry and appointment via WhatsApp. Sun Moon Residence will respond with appointment methods, ritual times, and subsequent procedures based on the ritual type, case circumstances, master's availability, required information, and practical arrangements.
Some rituals may require clients to provide their name, birth information, inquiry direction, photos, address, case background, or other relevant information. The required information may vary for different rituals, and actual requirements will depend on the specific case and ritual nature.
Rescheduling Arrangements
If a client needs to reschedule due to special circumstances, please contact Sun Moon Residence via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Sun Moon Residence will try its best to assist clients in rescheduling the ritual time based on the ritual type, master's availability, required information, and practical arrangements.
If a ritual has already commenced or been completed, Sun Moon Residence may not be able to arrange a reschedule. The actual possibility of rescheduling will be handled according to the ritual's nature, master's availability, completed procedures, and case circumstances.
Cancellation Arrangements
Once a ritual is confirmed and paid for, cancellations, refunds, or transfers due to personal reasons will not be accepted.
Cancellations are not accepted in the following situations:
- Client changes their mind
- Client temporarily decides not to proceed with the ritual
- Client fails to provide information on time
- Client provides incorrect or incomplete information
- Client fails to attend, respond, or cooperate with arrangements on time
- The ritual has already begun or been completed
- Client has different expectations regarding results, timing, feelings, or personal understanding
Responsibility for Information Submission
Clients are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and complete information. Some rituals may involve information such as name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, address, photos, inquiry questions, or case background.
If the ritual arrangements, interpretation direction, ritual process, or subsequent handling are affected due to incorrect, omitted, or incomplete information provided by the client, Sun Moon Residence will not provide free re-arrangement.
If clients are unsure whether the required information is complete, please consult Sun Moon Residence before making an appointment or placing an order.
Ritual Time and Arrangement Changes
Sun Moon Residence will do its best to arrange rituals at the confirmed time, but in case of master's schedule adjustments, shop arrangements, adverse weather, emergencies, force majeure, or other special circumstances, Sun Moon Residence may need to change the ritual time or arrangements.
If Sun Moon Residence needs to adjust the time, Sun Moon Residence will contact the client as soon as possible and assist with rescheduling according to the actual situation.
