Shipping Policy

Yat Yuet Kui offers local Hong Kong and international delivery services. All orders will be processed after payment and order details are confirmed. If an order involves consecrated crystals, Tibetan amulets, ritual implements, or other spiritual items, we will package them securely to ensure the goods are protected during transit.

Order Processing Time

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after payment and order details are confirmed.

Working days do not include Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays. Dispatch time may be delayed due to store closures, supplier arrangements, logistics delays, adverse weather, or other special circumstances. If an order requires additional information confirmation, Yat Yuet Kui will contact the customer via WhatsApp or Email.

Hong Kong Local Delivery

Local Hong Kong orders can be arranged for local delivery. The actual delivery method and estimated delivery time will depend on the order contents, delivery area, and logistics arrangements.

Local Hong Kong orders over HK$500 qualify for basic free local shipping. For orders under HK$500, shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page, and the actual amount will be as shown at checkout.

If customers choose store pickup at checkout, please monitor order notifications or pickup notifications. Please only pick up the order at the store after receiving a "ready for pickup" notification.

International Delivery

Yat Yuet Kui can accept inquiries and arrange international delivery. Shipping fees, delivery times, and deliverable regions for international orders will vary depending on the destination, logistics company, and type of goods.

International orders do not qualify for the local Hong Kong free shipping offer for orders over HK$500. International shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page or confirmed by Yat Yuet Kui via WhatsApp/Email.

Shipping Fees

Local Hong Kong orders over HK$500 qualify for basic free local shipping. For local Hong Kong orders under HK$500, shipping fees will depend on the delivery area, product weight, package size, and logistics method, with the actual shipping fee displayed on the checkout page.

Additional fees may be calculated separately for international orders, special packaging, insurance, expedited processing, or specified logistics methods.

Tracking

If an order is sent via a trackable shipping method, Yat Yuet Kui will provide relevant tracking information after dispatch. Logistics update times and delivery speeds are handled by the logistics company, and actual delivery times may vary due to region, weather, customs, holidays, or logistics company arrangements.

International Tariffs and Import Fees

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other related charges as required by the destination country or region. These fees are borne by the recipient, and Yat Yuet Kui cannot guarantee in advance whether such fees will arise or their actual amount.

Before placing an order, customers are advised to understand the import regulations in their region for spiritual items, crystals, ornaments, Tibetan amulets, ritual implements, or related items.

Recipient Information

Please provide correct and complete recipient name, phone number, address, and email when placing an order. If a package is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

If you need to change recipient information, please contact Yat Yuet Kui via WhatsApp or Email as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, Yat Yuet Kui may not be able to change the logistics information immediately.

Package Delays, Returns, or Loss

Yat Yuet Kui will do its best to package and dispatch orders properly and on time, but the logistics delivery process is handled by a third-party logistics company, and actual delivery times may be affected by various factors.

If a package is delayed, returned, or experiences abnormal logistics, customers can contact Yat Yuet Kui for assistance in following up. Yat Yuet Kui will assist with inquiries based on the information provided by the logistics company but will not guarantee specific delivery times for third-party logistics delays.

Inspection Upon Receipt

Upon receiving the goods, please inspect the package and product condition as soon as possible. If you find incorrect items, missing parts, or obvious damage upon receipt, please contact Yat Yuet Kui via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of receipt and provide:

Yat Yuet Kui will verify the situation and respond with appropriate handling arrangements.

Tantric Rituals and Service Orders

Service items such as Tantric rituals, consecration, blessing, prayer, transcendence, and mystic readings are not general physical goods for delivery. All relevant services require prior inquiry and appointment via WhatsApp, and Yat Yuet Kui will respond with suitable arrangements based on the case, inquiry direction, and required information.

If the service involves physical items, ritual implements, Tibetan amulets, or other items for delivery, separate delivery arrangements will be confirmed.
